SELLER PHOTO PREP STUDIO DIRECT 0.3.6 ORDER TERMS Version: spp-direct-0.3.6-2026-07-16-v2 Status: approved for the exact immutable UK direct offer identified by the purchase record. Seller: Gareth Lee Wiggins, sole trader trading as VaultDevLabs, 60 Artillery Gardens, Canterbury, CT1 1LG, United Kingdom. Company registration status: sole trader; not a registered company; no company number. VAT status: not VAT registered; no VAT number. Contact for support, cancellation, refunds, and privacy requests: support@vaultdevlabs.com. Territory policy: GB-only delivery-address allowlist enforced before payment. Price and tax policy: GBP 29.00 total; no VAT charged; automatic tax disabled. Offer: Seller Photo Prep Studio direct edition 0.3.6 for GBP 29.00, one-time payment. Compatibility: macOS 12.0 or later; Apple Silicon arm64 and Intel x86_64. Entitlement: a perpetual direct-edition licence for activation on up to two Macs, with no subscription. Technical requirement: internet access is required for initial activation. After at most 14 offline days, paid features require a successful online licence check before they remain available. Delivery: after an exactly verified paid order, the buyer receives a time-limited private link to the immutable 0.3.6 DMG and a separate licence-key email. UK consumer cancellation: a distance contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium normally has a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is entered into. Digital supply during that period must not begin unless the buyer separately gives express consent to early supply and acknowledges that the cancellation right will be lost when supply begins, and also accepts the Stripe Checkout terms of service. Required immediate-supply statement: I consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge my right to cancel is lost when supply begins. If valid express consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, beginning digital supply does not remove any cancellation protection provided by law. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, are not excluded. Cancellation and statutory digital-content refunds are made without a fee, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and within the period required by applicable law. MODEL CANCELLATION FORM To: Gareth Lee Wiggins, trading as VaultDevLabs, 60 Artillery Gardens, Canterbury, CT1 1LG, United Kingdom; support@vaultdevlabs.com. I give notice that I cancel my contract for Seller Photo Prep Studio digital content. Ordered on: ____________________ Consumer name: ____________________ Consumer address: ____________________ Date: ____________________ The end-user licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for the buyer's personal or internal business use. The app and licence key must not be redistributed, shared, or used to bypass activation limits. Product photos remain the buyer's content. The buyer must keep backups, review every output, and make the final marketplace and legal compliance decision. The perpetual licence means there is no recurring fee for continued use of the supplied direct edition. It does not promise every future version, feature, online service, operating system, hardware platform, support channel, or marketplace integration indefinitely. Upgrade path: moving from the earlier public 0.2.0 direct release to the supplied 0.3.6 direct edition requires a manual install; 0.2.0 will not automatically install 0.3.6. Seller Photo Prep Studio is independent from Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Apple, and Stripe. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. No separate contractual liability cap is imposed for business buyers; liability is determined under applicable law. A licence may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, or licence-key compromise, subject to applicable law and any required notice or opportunity to remedy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to use courts available under applicable consumer law. Business buyers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain any courts available under applicable consumer law.
1. Seller identity
Trading or service name: VaultDevLabs.
Legal seller name: Gareth Lee Wiggins
Legal status: sole trader, trading as VaultDevLabs
Geographical address: 60 Artillery Gardens, Canterbury, CT1 1LG, United Kingdom
Company registration: not a registered company; no company number
VAT status: not VAT registered; no VAT number
Email: support@vaultdevlabs.com
2. The offer
The offer is the Seller Photo Prep Studio 0.3.6 direct edition, supplied as a one-off digital-content purchase for GB delivery addresses only. The total is £29 GBP with no recurring subscription. The seller is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and Stripe automatic tax is disabled for this offer.
The app requires macOS 12 or later and supports Apple Silicon arm64 and Intel x86_64 Macs. The entitlement is a perpetual direct-edition licence for activation on up to two Macs. Internet access is required for initial activation. After at most 14 offline days, paid features require a successful online licence check before they remain available. Product photos are processed locally. Marketplace presets and checks assist preparation but do not certify compliance, guarantee acceptance, or replace the buyer's review.
The Stripe checkout requires a delivery address and allows only GB. The fulfilment verifier rejects a missing delivery country and every country other than GB. The active offer binds one exact Payment Link and Price, GBP 2900 minor-unit total, no-VAT tax policy, immutable 0.3.6 DMG URL and SHA-256, compatibility, entitlement, terms, and consent record.
3. Orders, payment, and contract
Stripe handles the hosted checkout. An order requires successful payment and exact verification of the Payment Link, Price, amount, currency, offer ID and hash, release, compatibility, entitlement, GB territory, tax policy, terms version and hash, approved consent version and hash, Stripe terms acceptance, and separate immediate-supply acknowledgement. A payment event that does not match every field does not trigger fulfilment.
Use an email address you can access. The Stripe receipt, private download email, and licence-key email are separate messages and may arrive in a different order. Contact support if either fulfilment email is missing.
4. Digital delivery
After a valid purchase, the private download email contains a time-limited link and setup notes for the exact 0.3.6 release bound to the purchased offer. It does not follow a mutable current-release pointer. A separate licence email contains the activation key. The key is tied to the purchase and must be kept confidential.
Delivery depends on a valid checkout email and the availability of Stripe, email, hosting, and licensing providers. If delivery fails, contact support so the order can be verified and the relevant message reissued.
5. Consumer cancellation right
If you are a UK consumer, a distance contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium normally has a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is entered into. You can cancel during that period without giving a reason until digital supply begins with the consent and acknowledgement described below.
Digital supply during the cancellation period does not begin unless you give express consent to early supply and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right will be lost when supply begins. Agreement to these general terms alone is not that separate consent and acknowledgement.
Consent version: spp-immediate-supply-2026-07-16-v1
Consent SHA-256: 7b569de6126bd3fa4c1c32a27c878fab2117af448f65b7835d7c398598adb639
Required acknowledgement: “I consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge my right to cancel is lost when supply begins.”
Stripe records both session.consent.terms_of_service = accepted and the required versioned acknowledgement field before any email, licence, token, or download bytes are issued.
If valid express consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, beginning digital supply does not remove the cancellation protections that the law gives you. To cancel before the right is lost, send a clear statement to support@vaultdevlabs.com with the checkout email and order date. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

I give notice that I cancel my contract for Seller Photo Prep Studio digital content.

7. Faults, refunds, and price reductions
Seller Photo Prep Studio must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for a particular purpose made known and accepted where UK consumer law applies. If paid digital content does not conform to the contract, consumers may be entitled to repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that is impossible, disproportionate, or not completed as required, an appropriate price reduction may be available, which can be a full refund in some cases.
Cancellation refunds and statutory digital-content refunds are made without a fee, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and within the period required by applicable law. A request may require reasonable proof of purchase and details needed to reproduce the fault.
No separate change-of-mind or goodwill refund promise is made beyond the cancellation and statutory rights stated here. This does not limit rights for content that is faulty, misdescribed, unlawfully supplied, or causes qualifying damage because reasonable care and skill were not used.
8. No subscription to cancel
The direct edition is a one-time licence, not a subscription, so there is no recurring renewal to stop. You can stop using it by removing the app and local licence data. That does not itself create a refund right or erase purchase records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
9. End-user licence agreement
Subject to payment and these terms, the seller grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased direct edition on up to two Macs controlled by the buyer for personal or internal business use.
You must not sell, sublicense, share, publish, or redistribute the app or licence key; bypass activation or device limits; use the app to break the law or another person's rights; or reverse engineer the app except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction. You may keep a reasonable backup of the installer for your own licensed use, but private download links may expire.
You retain rights in your product photos and exports. You are responsible for lawful source material, backups, checking every output, and deciding whether a listing complies with marketplace, advertising, intellectual-property, and product rules.
10. “Lifetime” wording
Where the offer uses “lifetime direct edition” or similar wording, it means there is no recurring licence fee for continued use of the version supplied under this direct-edition licence. It does not promise that every future version, feature, online service, operating system, hardware platform, support channel, or marketplace integration will be provided indefinitely. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Updates
Compatible signed updates may be offered under the versioned entitlement policy attached to the purchase. Update availability, timing, and system requirements can vary. Buyers using an earlier direct release may need to install 0.3.6 manually; an existing purchase is not silently redirected to a different installer.
Moving from the earlier public 0.2.0 direct release to the supplied 0.3.6 direct edition requires a manual install; 0.2.0 will not automatically install 0.3.6.
Back up important work before installing an update and review changed compatibility information.
12. Marketplace and third-party services
Seller Photo Prep Studio is independent from Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Apple, and Stripe. Their names and rules belong to their respective owners. Marketplace rules can change and may vary by category, region, account, or listing. The app does not make the final acceptance or compliance decision.
13. Service availability and support
Reasonable care and skill will be used to provide fulfilment, licensing, recovery, and support. Temporary interruption can occur for maintenance, security, provider failure, or events outside reasonable control. Contact support if activation or access fails.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer remedies. These terms do not impose a separate contractual liability cap for business buyers; liability is determined under the law that applies to the contract.
15. Suspension and termination
A licence may be suspended or terminated for a material breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, or compromise of a licence key, subject to applicable law and any required notice or opportunity to remedy. Termination does not remove rights or liabilities that arose beforehand, including statutory consumer rights.
16. Changes and governing law
The exact terms snapshot accepted for an order must be retained with the durable order confirmation, including its version and SHA-256. This mutable URL is supplementary only. Material changes for future orders will be dated and will not retrospectively remove an existing buyer's mandatory rights.
These terms and the contract are governed by the law of England and Wales. Business buyers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and may use any courts available to them under applicable consumer law.
